Codman² and its participating partners, Codman Academy and Codman Square Health Center, are committed to using data to develop programs that meet the needs of our community and to evaluating those programs to ensure their success.

In the name of transparency, we will post the data we collect and the research we conduct. We hope that, as with our Blueprint, the assessments and evaluations we share will help other organizations as they begin developing their own partnerships.
